For the last 20 years, I’ve invested in my skills as a coach and coaching all of the youth age groups on the Portuguese National Leagues, as well as coaching several players who achieved the level of playing on a professional stage.”

Additionally, I led the Women's National Team at CA Ouriense as the Head Coach. I hold a UEFA B License and a Master’s Degree in Soccer, underscoring my dedication to the sport and my commitment to developing players at all levels."

Coach Stanley currently holds a FAW-C Certificate, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists license, and a Level 1 USATF Track and Field license.  His Versatile licensing has helped many top-level footballers gain the edge and achieve their dreams of playing in the best conference in college soccer (ACC) and the professional game. Players that Stanley previously coached have gone to schools and teams such as New England Revolution, Wake Forest, Boston College, University of Virginia, University of New Hampshire and more.

 A native of Brooklyn, Dexter spent 5 years in Germany Bundesliga academy FK Pirmasens prior to coming to University of Pittsburgh where he was a 4 year starter with 22 goals and 22 assists. Second all time in school history with assists. Was the #1 team in the nation during the 2020 season after committing when the program was ranked 90th. National team of the week 5 times and national player of the week once.
Signed with USL Championship side Loudoun United, where he made a few appearances before transferring to Charleston Battery. Signed a short-term deal with the Battery. Charleston announced that they had extended Dexter's contract through the end of the 2022 season.
